Q. How long does it take to complete my Profile online?
A. The process of completing your Profile online usually takes 30 minutes from start to finish. However, if you don't have time to complete the Profile in it's entirety (all five tasks) you can return to our website at any time to complete the unfinished tasks.
Q. When will I receive my Report?
A. You'll usually receive your personalized Report within two hours of when you completed the Profile. Your Report will be sent to an email address that you specify when completing the Profile.
Q. Will my Profile report say that I have problems?
A. Your report is not a psychological or personality assessment. It is a report of the ways that you think about the world and yourself. Just like when you go to an eye doctor to get your eyesight measured, your profile will give you measurements (scores) about your different thinking orientations. Just as there is nothing "bad" with 20-100 eyesight, your profile scores will be purely measurements of your thinking orientations.
Q. How many different thinking styles are measured by the Profile?
A. There are 2,910,169,000,000,000 possible combinations of answers for the Profile. There are more than 3 billion different possible Profile reports. There are more than 6,500 different general Profile patterns. So your report has some aspects that are similar to others' reports, while the likelihood that they are identical is very slim.
Q. Can people really change?
A. YES! People can change a number of things about themselves, many of which can make a huge difference in their life experiences. An article about what people can change and cannot change can be found on this web site in the "Articles" section.
Q. Where do I find my Login ID and Password?
A. If you cannot locate your Clear Direction Login ID and Password you have two options;
  1. You can look at your profile report, near the back you will find a page titled "Your eLessons", your Login Id and Password should be listed on that page.
  2. Retrieve your password using the Retrieve Lost Password form. Your Login Id should be listed on the last page of your printed report.
Q. I did not get my eLesson, how do I get another copy?
A. You have full access to your profile, reports and eLessons by signing into your "My Account" page using the Login Id and Password. The "My Account" page allows you to view and print all elements of your development program. Sign In to My Account

Q. My eLessons are not arriving in my email inbox?
A. If you have not received your eLessons in your email inbox, one of two problems could be happing. First, the eLessons email messages may have been routed to your spam or junk folder, please ckeck your spam or junk folder. Second, sign in to your account and check the settings of your Development Program to be sure the eLessons are setup to the correct email address, you can always change the email address there if you are having issues receiving them.
