| Steps to Complete the Professional Profile Report & Development Program |

Completing the Professional Profile Report & Development Program is as easy as 1-2-3.
Step 1: Take the Hartman-Kinsel Profile Online
You will log onto our website by either setting up an account with Clear Direction or by entering a login ID or trial code. Once you have signed in, detailed instructions are provided on how to rank the items in Tasks A through E. You are notified of a successful completion once you have finished ranking all five tasks. This process takes approximately 25-minutes.
Step 2: Print Your Professional Profile Report
Your personalized Professional Profile Report arrives via email within one business day upon your completion of the
Hartman-Kinsel Profile. The report describes your strengths, weaknesses, biases and how those impact your effectiveness as a professional when it comes to communicating, handling conflicts, listening and self-promotion.
Step 3: Begin Your Professional Development Program
Two week after your Professional Profile Report arrives, you’ll begin to receive eLessons containing development exercises, business cases, reminders, and coping strategies for your major and minor areas of vulnerability. You will receive thirteen eLessons every other week for six months. Each eLesson is designed to take only twenty minutes of your time.
