1. The Individual Contributor Profile Report
The 60+ page Individual Contributor Profile Report is delivered to the participant's email in-box within 24 hours of completing the
Hartman-Kinsel Profile online. Each of the areas covered in Section I will sensitize the participant to the demands of his position. Then recommendations are provided to maximize the likelihood of the person's success in that area because they are designed and selected based on that person's thinking strengths and limitations. Each participant is provided with personalized information in light of their unique perspectives, abilities, and biases.

2. Email-Based Training and Development Program
Thirteen email eLessons are sent to the participant over the course of six months.
Each message introduces key success skills.
Each skill is presented along with a summary of how the thinking biases help and hinder his effectiveness in that area.

3. Program Certification
Three brief quizzes will be given during the six-month development program. The questions test the participant's knowledge of their profile report, general knowledge of how people think and are motivated, and their ability to apply the information gained from the development eLessons. Upon successful completion of these quizzes a certificate of completion is emailed to the participant.
